Promoter Vasireddi Veerabhadra Prasad gifted 9,50,000 shares (4.27% of equity capital) of Vimta Labs to his wife Rajya Lakshmi Vasireddi (6,00,000 shares, 2.70%) and daughter Sujani Vasireddi (3,50,000 shares, 1.57%) on 28th May 2025 through off-market inter-se transfer. Post-transfer, Prasad's individual stake dropped from 6.58% to 2.31%, while the wife and daughter now hold 2.71% and 1.87% respectively.
