Vimta Labs reported strong Q4 FY26 with total income of ₹1,120 million (up 16.6% YoY) and full-year FY26 income of ₹4,163 million (up 19.5% YoY). EBITDA margins remained healthy at 37.6% for Q4 and 35.8% for the full year. The company is net debt-free with ₹650 million in cash. Management highlighted entry into biologics contract research services from FY27, a new US subsidiary for customer proximity, and new facility capacity to support 4-5 years of growth. Export revenue was around 38% in Q4. Management acknowledged geopolitical headwinds (supply chain delays, input cost increases) but expects them to be manageable. The company targets 20-25% CAGR growth and aims to reach ₹500 crore annualized revenue.
The strong margin profile and new biologics initiative signal growth potential, but near-term geopolitical uncertainties may create minor margin pressure of 1-2% as input costs rise.
