Vimta Labs Limited has published a notice in Business Standard (English) and Nava Telangana (Telugu) on 28 April 2026 covering five shareholder matters. Unclaimed final dividends for FY 2018-19 and the corresponding equity shares will be transferred to the IEPF Authority on 31 August 2026 unless claimed before then (claim via Form IEPF-5). Physical shareholders are asked to update KYC details (PAN-Aadhaar linkage, address, email, mobile, bank account with IFSC, specimen signature) with the RTA, CIL Securities Limited, since dividends are paid only via electronic mode. Shareholders are requested to register/update their email IDs with depositary participants to receive notices for the 36th AGM, which will be held via video conferencing. A special SEBI window for transferring and dematerialising physical shares purchased before 1 April 2019 remains open until 4 February 2027. The company is also participating in the IEPFA 'Saksham Niveshak' 100-day campaign running from 1 April 2026 to 9 July 2026 to help shareholders claim unpaid dividends and update records.
This is a routine regulatory/compliance notice with no direct impact on the stock price. However, shareholders with unclaimed Vimta Labs dividends from FY 2018-19 stand to permanently lose both the dividend and the underlying shares to the IEPF if they do not act before 31 August 2026. All shareholders are advised to complete KYC updates to avoid disruption in future dividend payments and AGM communications.
