Vinayak Polycon International reported weak Q3 FY26 results with revenue from operations of Rs. 468.48 lakhs, down about 23% from Rs. 608.05 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, revenue also fell from Rs. 507.37 lakhs in Q2 FY26. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue stood at Rs. 1,482.83 lakhs versus Rs. 1,605.29 lakhs in the prior-year period, a decline of roughly 7.6%. Net profit for the quarter was a thin Rs. 1.35 lakhs (down from Rs. 5.71 lakhs YoY), while nine-month PAT fell to Rs. 11.03 lakhs from Rs. 13.43 lakhs. Earnings per share for 9M stood at Rs. 0.36 versus Rs. 0.44 earlier. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Sharply lower revenue and a sharp drop in quarterly profit signal weakening demand and margin pressure; shareholders should watch for sustained recovery in subsequent quarters as the stock trades on very modest absolute earnings.
