Vintage Coffee and Beverages received Rs. 183.89 crore in net proceeds from a partially subscribed Preferential Issue (targeted Rs. 215.76 crore, actual subscription Rs. 201.56 crore). As of March 31, 2026, Rs. 168 crore (91.4%) of the raised amount has been deployed across four objects: Rs. 83.65 crore for WOS capex, Rs. 29.55 crore for working capital, Rs. 10.49 crore for issue expenses, and Rs. 44.31 crore for general corporate purposes.
