Vinyl Chemicals reported total income of Rs 18,319 lakhs for Q4 FY26, up 5.8% from Rs 17,307 lakhs in Q4 FY25. Full year total income increased 5.3% to Rs 66,363 lakhs from Rs 63,026 lakhs. However, profitability declined significantly — profit before tax for FY26 fell 27% to Rs 2,218 lakhs from Rs 3,040 lakhs, while profit after tax dropped 26% to Rs 1,650 lakhs from Rs 2,233 lakhs. EPS for the year came in at Rs 8.99 compared to Rs 12.17 in the previous year. Reserves stood at Rs 12,842 lakhs. The results have been published in Business Standard and Tarun Bharat newspapers.
Revenue growth was marginal while profits fell sharply, suggesting margin compression. The 26% decline in annual earnings per share may weigh on investor sentiment in the near term.
