Vinyoflex has re-filed its Q2 and H1 FY26 results, this time attaching the Cash Flow Statement that was accidentally missed in the original November 12 filing. All other numbers remain unchanged. The auditor (Bhavin Associates) issued an unqualified review report. Revenue from operations for Q2 was Rs. 985.39 lakhs vs Rs. 889.60 lakhs a year ago (up about 11%). H1 revenue was Rs. 1,887.79 lakhs, almost flat YoY. H1 net profit rose to Rs. 121.91 lakhs (vs Rs. 102.62 lakhs), with EPS of Rs. 2.82 vs Rs. 2.38. Cash and bank balances stood at Rs. 1,209 lakhs, up from Rs. 706 lakhs a year earlier, and operating cash flow jumped sharply to Rs. 481 lakhs (H1) from Rs. 38 lakhs in the prior year.
This is a procedural re-filing with no change to reported numbers, so it should not move the stock on its own. The underlying results are mildly positive — improving profitability margins and a big jump in operating cash flow, though H1 revenue was flat.
