Vipul Organics Limited reported strong full-year FY2026 results with revenue from operations growing 7.7% to Rs 17,539.57 Lakhs from Rs 16,280.01 Lakhs in FY2025. Profit after tax surged 55.6% to Rs 691.96 Lakhs from Rs 444.62 Lakhs, while EPS improved from Rs 2.71 to Rs 3.84. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs 0.80 per share (8%) for FY2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 54th AGM. Statutory auditors issued clean, unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also appointed Protune KSA Consultants Private Limited as internal auditor for FY2026-27. Regarding fund utilization, the Rs 27.54 crore preferential issue funds (December 2025) remain largely unused and parked in fixed deposits, while the Rs 20.41 crore right issue funds (April 2025) were fully utilized as intended.
The 55.6% PAT growth demonstrates strong operational performance and cost efficiency, which should be positive for shareholders. The clean audit opinion removes any concerns about financial reporting quality. However, the large unutilized preferential issue proceeds parked in FDs may raise questions about deployment timelines.
