Vipul Organics posted Q1 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 37.60 crore, down marginally from Rs. 38.06 crore in Q1 FY25. Profit after tax rose about 11.5% to Rs. 1.27 crore (from Rs. 1.14 crore), while profit before tax inched up to Rs. 1.62 crore from Rs. 1.59 crore. EPS came in at Rs. 0.87 versus Rs. 0.70 (adjusted for the recent rights issue). Consolidated results were broadly in line, with PAT of Rs. 1.26 crore. The auditor (J.A. Rajani & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter. Separately, the Board gave in-principle approval to raise up to Rs. 50 crore via a preferential issue of equity shares and/or warrants, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
Results are largely flat with a mild revenue dip but improved bottom line on cost control. The proposed Rs. 50 crore fundraise could lead to equity dilution and warrants may add future shares if exercised, so existing shareholders should watch the pricing and structure once announced.
