Vipul Organics' Board of Directors approved the Director's Report for FY ended March 31, 2025, and the notice for the 53rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. via video conferencing. The Board set September 23, 2025 as the record/cut-off date for identifying members eligible for the final dividend for FY 2024-25 and for e-voting, with the register of members to be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2025.
