Vipul Organics Ltd has informed the stock exchange that Ms. Priya Shadija, the Company's Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), has resigned effective from the close of business hours on 12 July 2025. She resigned to pursue another opportunity outside the company. The Board and management have acknowledged her contribution and wished her well. The company is currently in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary and will announce the appointment in due course. The intimation was made under SEBI Listing Regulations to ensure proper disclosure to the stock exchange.
