Virinchi Limited reported Q4FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 44.45 crore (up 16.55% YoY) and full-year revenue of Rs. 183.38 crore (up 19.53% YoY). However, Q4FY26 standalone PAT turned negative at Rs. 8.10 crore compared to Rs. 1.71 crore profit in Q4FY25, while FY26 PAT declined 12.85% to Rs. 13.98 crore. The sharp profitability decline was caused by a one-time Rs. 8.43 crore bad-debt write-off on QC Holdings receivable in Q4FY26. On a consolidated basis, FY26 revenue fell 7.19% to Rs. 286.13 crore with a negative PAT of Rs. 27.39 crore versus a marginal profit of Rs. 0.48 crore in FY25. EBITDA margin compressed significantly — standalone Q4FY26 EBITDA margin dropped to 19.75% from 60.49% in Q4FY25. The SaaS business, the company's growth driver, delivered 15.42% revenue growth in FY26, while the IDC & IT Services segment saw a 29.55% revenue decline due to US visa regime challenges, and Healthcare revenue fell 23.20%.
The Rs. 8.43 crore bad-debt write-off significantly distorted Q4FY26 and FY26 profitability, raising concerns about customer concentration risk in the SaaS segment. Consolidated losses and margin compression signal near-term earnings pressure despite decent revenue growth. The stock is likely to face negative sentiment in the short term.
