Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd has increased its stake in its subsidiary, Virtuoso Compressors Private Limited (VCPL), from 65% to 90%. The company invested Rs. 25,00,000 (Rs. 25 Lakh) by subscribing to 2,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each through VCPL's rights issue. The allotment was approved in VCPL's board meeting held on February 10, 2026. This follows an earlier intimation dated February 6, 2026, regarding the planned investment.
