Visaka Industries' Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share (60% on face value of Rs. 2) for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the July 30, 2026 AGM. The record date for entitlement is June 26, 2026. The company reported strong standalone net profit of Rs. 8,783.24 lakhs for FY2025-26, a dramatic jump from just Rs. 14.38 lakhs in the previous year, boosted by exceptional items of Rs. 5,970.33 lakhs from land sales in Ahmedabad and Kanchipuram. Standalone revenue grew 8.7% to Rs. 1,67,558.66 lakhs. The Board also appointed Mr. Ramakrishna Pendyala as CFO effective June 20, 2026, succeeding Mr. S. Shafiulla who retires on June 19, 2026.
The recommended dividend signals financial recovery after a weak FY2024-25. The jump in profit and positive operational performance should support the stock price, though the dividend amount is modest given the low absolute EPS of Rs. 10.17.
