Vishal Fabrics has filed a corrigendum to its November 13, 2025 board meeting outcome to fix clerical/typographical errors in the limited review report, consolidated financial results, balance sheet, and cash flow statement; the underlying numbers remain unchanged. For H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025), standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 83,049.78 lakh from Rs 72,495.35 lakh a year earlier, up about 14.6%, while standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs 1,689.14 lakh from Rs 1,127.39 lakh, a roughly 49.8% increase. EPS (basic) for the half year stood at Rs 0.57 versus Rs 0.56 earlier. The auditor SVJK & Associates issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on both standalone and consolidated results. However, operating cash flow swung sharply negative at -Rs 4,544.23 lakh for H1 FY26 (versus +Rs 10,759.06 lakh for FY25), driven mainly by a Rs 9,100 lakh drop in trade payables and a Rs 4,919 lakh rise in trade receivables. Separately, 5 crore convertible warrants were converted into equity shares during the half year on receipt of the balance 75% issue price.
The corrigendum is purely procedural and unlikely to impact the share price, but the underlying numbers paint a mixed picture: robust ~50% profit growth alongside a worrying swing to negative operating cash flow that investors should monitor closely.
