Vishvprabha Ventures has issued a corrigendum to fix a typographical error in its 41st Annual Report. The headings of the Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss and the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement on pages 54 and 55 incorrectly showed 'Year ended 31st March 2025' for both columns instead of the comparative 'Year ended 31st March 2024'. No actual financial numbers have changed — only the year labels are corrected. All other content of the Annual Report and the AGM notice (scheduled for 29th August 2025) remains unchanged. The revised report is available on the company's website. From the underlying report: standalone revenue rose to Rs. 761.95 lakh (from Rs. 546.63 lakh, ~39% growth) and standalone PAT turned to a profit of Rs. 48.93 lakh (from Rs. 4.14 lakh). Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 992.21 lakh (from Rs. 595.13 lakh), though consolidated PAT remained a small loss of Rs. 2.28 lakh (vs Rs. 27.20 lakh loss).
This is a routine clerical correction and does not change any reported numbers or business outlook. Investors should rely on the revised annual report for the correct comparative year headers, but no material financial impact is expected from this corrigendum.
