Vishwaraj Sugar Industries Ltd has submitted newspaper publications of its Q4 and full year FY26 financial results, approved in a Board Meeting on May 29, 2026. Total income from operations declined to Rs. 11,102.80 lakhs in Q4 FY26 compared to Rs. 16,668.41 lakhs in Q4 FY25. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs. 37,681.01 lakhs versus Rs. 45,391.89 lakhs in FY25, representing a 17% decline. Despite the revenue drop, the company reported a net profit after tax of Rs. 1,092.86 lakhs for Q4 FY26, helped by exceptional items. However, FY26 full year shows a net loss of Rs. 2,817.14 lakhs, though an improvement from the Rs. 3,702.33 lakhs loss in FY25. EPS turned positive at Rs. 0.53 for Q4 FY26, while FY26 EPS remains negative at Rs. (1.26). Other equity reduced from Rs. 23,691.28 lakhs to Rs. 20,938.90 lakhs.
Revenue has declined significantly year-on-year, and the full year remains in loss territory despite Q4 profitability. The reduction in equity reserves is a concern for long-term shareholders. Near-term stock may remain under pressure given persistent annual losses.
