Vivanta Industries reported its Q1 FY26 results on 13 August 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to ₹1,056.05 lakhs from ₹298.74 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a roughly 3.5x increase driven mainly by higher purchase of stock-in-trade. Standalone profit after tax rose about 24% YoY to ₹32.42 lakhs (vs ₹26.16 lakhs). On a consolidated basis — which now includes subsidiary Trinity Ganesh Pvt Ltd and joint venture CKIM Pharma LLP — revenue surged to ₹7,588.50 lakhs and PAT doubled to ₹53.48 lakhs, with EPS at ₹0.04. The company has swung back into profit after posting a full-year FY25 loss of ₹159.67 lakhs (standalone) / ₹165.21 lakhs (consolidated). The statutory auditor GMCA & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
A clear turnaround story — sharp revenue growth and a return to quarterly profit after a loss-making FY25 are positive for shareholders, though the standalone margins remain thin (PAT margin ~3%) and the surge is heavily dependent on the new subsidiary's contribution, so sustainability is the key thing to watch.
