Vivanta Industries has filed a revised outcome to fix clerical errors in its earlier May 16 submission: the audit report signing date was missing and the Corporate Identity Number (CIN) was incorrectly typed as U74110GJ2013PLC075393 instead of the correct L74110GJ2013PLC075393. The financial numbers themselves are unchanged. Underlying audited FY25 (year ended March 31, 2025) results show consolidated revenue jumping sharply to Rs 10.19 crore from Rs 3.72 crore last year, but this growth is almost entirely due to the newly acquired subsidiary Trinity Ganesh Pvt Ltd (acquired Feb 7, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue actually declined to Rs 2.29 crore from Rs 3.72 crore. The company swung to a consolidated net loss of Rs 1.65 crore (vs profit of Rs 0.93 crore last year) and a standalone net loss of Rs 1.60 crore. Operating cash flow was negative on both bases (-Rs 5.38 crore consolidated, -Rs 1.83 crore standalone). The auditor issued an unqualified (clean) opinion.
The filing itself is administrative and should not move the stock meaningfully, but the embedded FY25 results are weak — standalone business shrank and turned loss-making, and even with subsidiary revenue, the group reported a net loss and negative operating cash flow, signalling pressure on the core business.
