Viviana Power Tech Limited responded to NSE's clarification request regarding its Q4 FY25 (quarter ended 31-Mar-2025) financial results under SEBI Regulation 33. The issue was that the Auditor Certificate on Utilization of Proceeds from a preferential issue was not in the SEBI-prescribed format. The company has now resubmitted the revised certificate, certified by Mukund & Rohit Chartered Accountants, confirming receipt of Rs. 19.96 crore in total (Rs. 19.16 crore from equity shares and Rs. 80.47 lakhs from convertible warrants). Out of the Rs. 22.5 crore planned use of proceeds for working capital, marketing/distribution, and new product development, Rs. 19.16 crore has been utilized with no unutilized amount from the equity portion. The Rs. 80.47 lakh from warrants remains unutilized as expected.
This is a routine format-compliance correction with no material impact on the company's financials or operations. Investors can take comfort that preferential issue proceeds have been deployed largely as planned, and the only outstanding balance relates to warrant proceeds that are not yet due for use.
