VJTF Eduservices reported a standalone profit after tax of ₹46.16 lakhs for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 2025), a swing from a loss of ₹(197.37) lakhs in the year-ago quarter. Total revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹93.25 lakhs. For the nine-month period (9M FY26), standalone PAT was ₹179.69 lakhs vs ₹840.25 lakhs in 9M FY25, while revenue from operations dropped sharply from ₹1,704.25 lakhs to ₹303.89 lakhs (~82% decline) as the education segment is now shown as a discontinued operation. On a consolidated basis, Q3 FY26 PAT was ₹134.59 lakhs (boosted by an excess tax provision of ₹90.97 lakhs) and 9M FY26 PAT was ₹276.73 lakhs. The auditor (RANK & Associates) included an 'Emphasis of Matter' on Covid-19-related uncertainty and a continuing student fee refund liability of ₹195.23 lakhs, and noted that prior-period figures were reviewed by a previous auditor, indicating a change in auditor.
The steep drop in operating revenue and the unresolved fee-refund liability highlight ongoing business challenges, though the swing to quarterly profitability and a healthy investment book (Other Equity of ₹7,036.72 lakhs standalone / ₹9,067.13 lakhs consolidated) suggest the company is now functioning mainly as an investment holding entity rather than an active education operator.
