V-Mart Retail reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of ₹971 crore, up 24% year-on-year, and EBITDA of ₹106 crore, up 56% YoY. The company achieved an EBITDA margin improvement of 2.2 percentage points to 10.9% in Q4. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at ₹3,789 crore (up 16%) and EBITDA at ₹513 crore (up 36%), with adjusted PAT of ₹125 crore versus ₹21 crore in FY25. Same store sales growth was +12% for Q4 and +5% for the year. The company accelerated store expansion, adding 92 stores during FY26 (highest ever), taking total store count to 577. Inventory efficiency improved with 3 days reduction in inventory days and 13% YoY reduction in per store inventory.
