Trading window closed ahead of Q1 FY27 results

V-Mart Retail has informed the exchanges that its trading window for dealing in shares will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 until 48 hours after the company declares its financial results for the first quarter ending 30th June 2026. This is done as per SEBI insider trading rules. During this period, all designated persons and their immediate relatives cannot trade in the companys shares. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 results will be announced later.
