Reconstitution of Audit Commitee , Nomination and Remuneration Committtee, Shareholder Relation Commiteee and Corporate Social Responsibilites Committee

VMS Industries has reconstituted four key board committees with immediate effect from 16 July 2025. The Audit Committee will now be chaired by independent director Vinod Rana, with members Khyati Shah and Dhwani Nagar (both independent directors), along with Managing Director Manojkumar Jain. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be chaired by Khyati Shah, while the Stakeholders Relationship Committee will be chaired by Dhwani Nagar. The CSR Committee will continue to be chaired by Managing Director Manojkumar Jain. All three independent directors have been placed across multiple committees, strengthening independent oversight.
