Vodafone Idea Limited announced a change in its board leadership on 5th May 2026. Mr. Ravinder Takkar stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman but will continue on the board as Non-Executive Vice Chairman. The board appointed Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, who was already a Non-Executive Director, as the new Non-Executive Chairman. Both changes take effect from 5th May 2026.
