Vodafone Idea Limited's Board of Directors has approved a change in leadership structure. Mr. Ravinder Takkar stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board effective 5th May 2026, but will continue as Non-Executive Director and has been appointed as Non-Executive Vice Chairman.
