Vodafone Idea Limited has announced a change in its senior management, with the resignation of Mr. Arvind Nevatia as Chief Enterprise Business Officer (CEBO). Nevatia, who spent nearly 11 years with the organization, submitted his resignation to pursue external opportunities and will be relieved on or before 28 July 2026. The Board has appointed Mr. M.P. Sunil Kumar as his replacement, effective 18 May 2026. Sunil Kumar is a telecom veteran with 29 years of experience, including 15 years at Vodafone Idea, and was most recently the Chief Growth Officer at Tanla Platforms Ltd. This change comes under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
