Voltamp Transformers reported total income of ₹22,202 Lakhs for FY2025-26, up 10% from ₹20,189 Lakhs in the previous year. Revenue from operations grew 11.3% to ₹21,537 Lakhs. However, profit before tax declined 7% to ₹4,058 Lakhs, and net profit fell 6.2% to ₹3,054 Lakhs compared to FY2024-25. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹100 per share (1000% on ₹10 face value). The company also approved ₹25 crores investment to acquire land near Vadodara for future capacity expansion, to be funded through internal accruals. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications.
While revenue growth of 11% is positive, the 6% decline in net profit is a concern and may weigh on the stock in the near term. However, the strong dividend payout and land acquisition for expansion signal confidence in future growth prospects.
