Voltamp Transformers files sustainability report for FY 2025-26

Voltamp Transformers has filed its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY 2025-26 as part of its annual report. The Vadodara-based transformer maker reported turnover of Rs 2,153.69 crore and net worth of Rs 1,791.80 crore. Key ESG targets: 100 percent renewable electricity by FY 2026-27, net zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030, and net zero landfill by 2027. The firm has 435 permanent staff and 819 workers across 19 Indian locations with no international plants. Exports contributed 3.24 percent of revenue from 27 countries. Women make up 33 percent of the board and 8.8 percent of permanent employees. No stakeholder complaints were filed during the year.
