Voltamp Transformers' board approved audited results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Full-year revenue from operations rose to ₹1,934.23 crore from ₹1,616.22 crore in FY24, while net profit grew to ₹325.41 crore from ₹307.36 crore. Q4 FY25 revenue jumped about 24% year-on-year to ₹624.81 crore, with Q4 net profit at ₹96.83 crore. The board recommended a hefty dividend of ₹100 per share (1000% on the ₹10 face value), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors CNK & Associates LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the company generated ₹219.20 crore in operating cash flow. M/s. J. J. Gandhi & Co. was also appointed as secretarial auditor for five years (FY26–FY30).
The strong topline growth and very generous dividend (yielding roughly 2–3% at current prices) are clearly positive for shareholders, while the clean audit opinion and healthy operating cash flow reinforce confidence. Margin compression year-on-year is a mild concern but overall the results are shareholder-friendly.
