Voluntary disclosure of director appointment verification report

Unistar Multimedia voluntarily submitted a Director Appointment Verification Committee Report to BSE. The committee reviewed four former directors: Mihir Parikh, Yogesh Shah, Jitendra Parmar and Premaram Patel. Two cessations were filed with ROC, two filed independent resignations via DIR-11. All four have already left the board. ROC verification of historical filings is still ongoing. Current board constitution is unaffected.
