Vraj Iron and Steel informed the exchanges about an internal promoter group share transfer executed on March 27, 2026. VA Transport Private Limited (Transferor), holding 55,55,500 equity shares (16.84%), transferred its entire stake to Gopal Sponge and Power Private Limited (Transferee), both promoter group entities. This transfer was carried out pursuant to a scheme of merger sanctioned by the Hon'ble Regional Director, South East Region, Hyderabad, vide order dated March 18, 2026, under which VA Transport merged into Gopal Sponge.
