VSF Projects concluded a postal ballot (June 16 to July 15, 2026) where all 4 resolutions passed with requisite majority. Resolution 1 for increasing Authorized Share Capital and altering the MOA received 98.63 percent favor. Resolutions 2, 3, and 4 approving related party transactions with promoter directors Narayana Murthy Bobba, Vijaya Lakshmi Bobba, and Lakshminarasimha Bobba Chowdary each got 97.23 percent favor. Promoter votes of 40,74,705 were excluded from RPT resolutions as they were interested parties.
