VST Industries has submitted to the exchanges copies of a newspaper notice published on July 19, 2025, in Business Standard (All India edition) and Nava Telangana (Telugu edition). The notice informs shareholders that equity shares whose dividends have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years are liable to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), as required under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Unclaimed or unpaid dividends up to the financial year ended March 31, 2017, have already been transferred to the IEPF. Individual letters have been sent to concerned shareholders, who can claim their unclaimed dividend by October 4, 2025, by writing to the company's registrar, KFin Technologies. If no valid claim is received by that date, the shares will be transferred to IEPF, and shareholders would then need to apply to the IEPF Authority via Form IEPF-5 to recover them.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure under SEBI's listing rules and does not affect the company's operations or stock price. Shareholders with long-standing unclaimed dividends should take action before the October 4, 2025 deadline to avoid having their shares transferred to the IEPF.
