V.S.T Tillers Tractors Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 and FY 2025-26. For the full year ended March 2026, standalone total income grew 24.7% to Rs 1,24,036 lakhs from Rs 99,455 lakhs, and standalone net profit after tax rose 12.2% to Rs 10,600 lakhs from Rs 9,446 lakhs. Basic EPS for the year improved to Rs 122.63 from Rs 109.33. However, Q4 FY26 tells a different story — standalone net profit after tax collapsed to Rs 529 lakhs from Rs 2,498 lakhs in Q4 FY25, a drop of about 79%, and Q4 EPS fell to Rs 6.12 from Rs 28.91. Revenue grew in Q4 too (Rs 32,846 vs Rs 30,143), but profitability deteriorated sharply, suggesting higher costs or one-time charges in the final quarter. Consolidated figures mirror the standalone trend.
The full-year growth is positive, but the severe Q4 profit contraction raises concerns about cost pressures or margin erosion in the March quarter, which may worry investors and warrant closer examination of the detailed results filing.
