VST Tillers Tractors reported strong FY26 results with 25% revenue growth to INR 1,240 crore. Power tiller sales hit 50,332 units (35% growth), tractors grew 18.6% to 4,596 units, and power weeders surged 52% to 11,346 units. Operational EBITDA improved 220 bps to 13.4%, with full-year PAT (excluding fair value items) at INR 113 crore vs INR 70 crore last year. Q4 revenue was INR 328 crore (9% growth) with operational EBITDA at 14.2%. Management flagged commodity inflation and fuel price rises as key headwinds requiring price increases already taken across products. Monsoon forecast of 92% LPA adds uncertainty. Management confirmed FY27 EBITDA margin guidance of 12-14% and reiterated multi-year target of INR 3,000 crore revenue by FY30 (23-26% CAGR). ZETOR tractor ramp-up is on track targeting 1,000 units this year and 5,000-6,000 units by FY30. The company is exploring inorganic opportunities in adjacencies and planning US market entry by end of 2027.
The company delivered strong margin expansion and volume growth in FY26, but near-term FY27 guidance is cautious due to monsoon risks and commodity inflation. The 12-14% EBITDA margin guidance and multi-year INR 3,000 crore target provide a framework, though execution hinges on monsoon outcomes and pricing power against cost pressures.
