VST Tillers Tractors appoints Shuba Kumar as Independent Director

VST Tillers Tractors has appointed Mrs. Shuba Kumar as an Additional and Independent Director for a five-year term effective July 27, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. She holds a B.Tech from IIT Madras, an MS from MIT, and an MBA from Stanford, with 28+ years of leadership experience spanning automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor sectors. She currently leads Natesan Synchrocones and previously held senior roles at Applied Materials, USA. She also serves on the board of India Motor Parts and Accessories. She is not related to any existing director.
