W.H. Brady & Company has filed with BSE confirming publication of its unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) standalone and consolidated financial results in The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi), as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47. Standalone revenue rose marginally to Rs. 770.21 lakh from Rs. 739.85 lakh in Q1 FY25, but standalone net profit after tax fell to Rs. 107.70 lakh from Rs. 126.64 lakh (around 15% YoY decline). On a consolidated basis, revenue was largely flat at Rs. 2,638.36 lakh versus Rs. 2,638.14 lakh, while net profit after tax dropped sharply to Rs. 261.64 lakh from Rs. 367.56 lakh (about 29% YoY decline). Standalone EPS slipped to Rs. 4.22 from Rs. 4.97, and consolidated EPS fell to Rs. 10.26 from Rs. 14.41. The results note exceptional items including a profit of Rs. 402.97 lakh from sale of property, plant and equipment.
This is a routine compliance filing, but the embedded quarterly numbers show weakening profitability on a YoY basis at both standalone and consolidated levels despite stable top-line, which may weigh negatively on investor sentiment given the sharp drop in consolidated earnings.
