WPIL Limited has scheduled its 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday, August 8, 2025 at 11:00 AM, to be conducted through video conferencing in line with MCA and SEBI guidelines. The meeting will be deemed to be held from the company's registered office in Kolkata. A Record Date has been fixed on Friday, August 1, 2025, for two purposes: payment of dividend to shareholders for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and for the AGM. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, August 2, 2025 to Friday, August 8, 2025 (both days inclusive).
