W.S. Industries (India) Limited's Board approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for Q4 and financial year ended 31st March 2026. Standalone revenue declined significantly to Rs. 91.50 Crores from Rs. 239.04 Crores in the previous year, but the company returned to profitability with a net profit of Rs. 1.81 Crores compared to a loss of Rs. 15.27 Crores in FY 2024-25. Basic EPS stood at Rs. 0.22. The Board re-appointed M/s. R. Subramanian and Company LLP as Internal Auditors and appointed M/s. Sudarshan & Ranganathan as Tax Auditors for FY 2026-27 and FY 2025-26 respectively. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financials. The company also raised capital through multiple equity and convertible warrant issuances totaling Rs. 394.43 Crores, redeemed preference shares worth Rs. 9.25 Crores and partially redeemed non-convertible debentures of Rs. 9 Crores.
Despite a substantial revenue decline, the company achieved a turnaround from losses to profit, which is a positive sign. The significant capital raised and debt redemption strengthen the balance sheet. However, the auditors flagged pending approvals for Rs. 5.55 Crores written back and ongoing project cost budget implementation as uncertainties.
