Promoter group member Chimanlal Tribhuvandas Doshi disclosed an acquisition of 1,99,999 shares of Waaree Sustainable Finance Pvt Ltd (WSFPL) by way of gift on June 11, 2025. WSFPL is itself a promoter of Waaree Energies and holds 18.37% in the company, making this an indirect acquisition in the Target Company. No shares of Waaree Energies were acquired directly by the acquirer (his holding in Waaree Energies remains 0). The transfer is an off-market inter-se gift between immediate relatives, carried out for family succession planning under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) of the Takeover Regulations, and the aggregate promoter and promoter group shareholding in Waaree Energies does not change.
