The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 10(6) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for Binita Hitesh Doshi & Others

Waaree Technologies has reported that six promoter and promoter group members — Binita, Ankit, Nipa, Bindiya, Rushabh and Pujan Doshi — have together acquired 18,15,100 equity shares, equal to 16.86% of the company, via inter-se transfers from four promoters (Hitesh, Viren, Kirit and Pankaj Chimanlal Doshi). The transfer was carried out on May 14, 2025 by way of gift without any consideration, out of natural love and affection. Because the transfer is between immediate relatives, it qualifies for exemption under Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and no open offer obligation has been triggered. The combined promoter group holding stays essentially unchanged at around 55.8% — only the names on the holdings have changed within the Doshi family.
