Wanbury Limited's Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025, with an unmodified (clean) auditor opinion from Kapoor & Parekh Associates. Q4 FY25 revenue from operations jumped 23% year-on-year to about ₹17,200 lakhs, while Q4 profit after tax surged to ₹2,026 lakhs from ₹808 lakhs in Q4 FY24. Full-year FY25 revenue grew modestly to ₹59,951 lakhs (vs ₹57,774 lakhs) and full-year PAT was almost flat at ₹3,053 lakhs, as both manufacturing plants were shut for roughly 40 days during the year for scheduled upgrades. The company raised ₹17,500 lakhs via non-convertible debentures in Q4 to refinance high-cost debt and fund capex, and both USFDA (Patalganga) and ANVISA (Tanuku) inspections were cleared with zero adverse observations. Other equity swung positive to ₹2,650 lakhs from a negative ₹480 lakhs a year ago. Total borrowings stand at about ₹17,323 lakhs against equity of ₹5,927 lakhs, indicating leverage of roughly 2.9x.
Near-term positive: strong Q4 rebound, clean audit, successful regulatory inspections, and balance sheet repair via NCD-led debt refinancing support sentiment. However, full-year earnings were essentially flat, leverage remains elevated near 3x, and operations are still recovering from the 40-day shutdown, so the stock may react with cautious optimism rather than a strong re-rating.
