Wardwizard Foods and Beverages has adopted a new set of Articles of Association (AOA) aligned with the Companies Act, 2013. The Board first approved the new AOA on 27th February 2025, and shareholders subsequently approved it through a postal ballot and remote e-voting process conducted between 2nd March and 31st March 2025. The new AOA is based on Table F of the Companies Act, 2013 and replaces the company's existing articles in full.
