Wardwizard Foods and Beverages reported standalone Q3 FY26 revenue of Rs. 116.65 crore, sharply higher than Rs. 48.76 crore in Q3 FY25, but the company slipped into a small loss of about Rs. 60 lakh at the profit level. For the first nine months of FY26, revenue jumped to Rs. 197.28 crore from Rs. 53.64 crore a year earlier, while the nine-month loss narrowed considerably to Rs. 1.68 crore from Rs. 14.36 crore. The statutory auditor issued a qualified review report, flagging Rs. 7.60 crore of advances and trade receivables with no provision, inability to verify Rs. 2.44 crore of interest expense on a Rs. 28.57 crore loan from Indian Credit Co-operative Society, Rs. 31.19 crore of borrowings from Swapnatari Finserve with no interest booked for the quarter, and non-availability of the Q3 internal audit report. The board also noted the resignation of the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
The triple-digit revenue growth is encouraging, but persistent bottom-line losses, a qualified auditor opinion on doubtful receivables, and large unverified borrowings from two entities raise governance and asset-quality concerns that could keep the stock volatile and weigh on investor sentiment until these issues are clarified.
