ENCLOSED HEREWITH ATTACHED ANNUAL SECRETARIAL COMPLIANCE REPORT- FY 2024-2025 FOR YOUR REFERENCE

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd filed its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY 2024-25 with BSE on 30th May 2025, as required under Regulation 24A of SEBI's Listing Regulations.
