At a board meeting on January 15, 2026, Kome-On Communication announced a major shake-up of its leadership. Managing Director Ashish Rajeshbhai Patel resigned, citing other professional commitments, effective the same day. To fill the gap, the board appointed Abhishek Kayal as Additional Executive Director and brought in Sachin Mishra as the new Chief Financial Officer, both also effective January 15, 2026.
