Pasupati Fincap reported zero revenue from operations and zero other income for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with no operational business activity during the period. Total expenses stood at Rs. 7.28 lakhs (mainly finance costs of Rs. 2.37 lakhs and other expenses of Rs. 4.16 lakhs), resulting in a net loss of Rs. 7.28 lakhs and an EPS of Rs. (0.15). This is an improvement compared to the Rs. 24.57 lakh loss in the corresponding quarter last year (Q1 FY25), but losses continue to mount. The company has negative reserves of Rs. 520.62 lakhs and has consistently posted losses. The statutory auditor has been changed from M/s Santosh Sushama Keshri & Co. to V.R. Bansal & Associates, who issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion. A change of promoter to Mr. Dinesh Pareekh has also been completed via a Share Purchase Agreement and subsequent open offer.
Shareholders should note that the company continues to have no operational revenue and accumulated losses have pushed reserves into negative territory, raising concerns about long-term viability. The auditor change and promoter transition are additional watchpoints, though the new auditor's clean opinion and reduced quarterly loss are mildly positive signals.
