Nagarjuna Agri Tech Ltd has announced that its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2024-2025 will be held on Saturday, 27th September 2025 at 5:00 PM via Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Sunday, 21st September 2025 to Saturday, 27th September 2025 (both days inclusive). The cut-off date to determine member eligibility for voting is Friday, 19th September 2025. Remote e-voting will be available from 9:00 AM on 24th September 2025 to 5:00 PM on 26th September 2025.
Shareholders should note that no share transfers or transactions will be processed between 21st–27th September 2025 due to the book closure. Investors who wish to be eligible for e-voting or voting at the AGM must hold shares by the cut-off date of 19th September 2025.
