We hereby intimate the receipt of approval by BSE for application for Reclassification of person forming part of the Promoter/ Promoter Group.
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Integra Switchgear Ltd has received BSE approval to reclassify 16 individuals and entities (including key persons like Pankaj Vora, Deepak Vora, Mayur Vora, their HUFs, family members, and Bimal Switchgear Pvt Ltd) from Promoter/Promoter Group to Public category under SEBI LODR Regulation 31A. Notably, all 16 outgoing promoters hold zero shares (0%) as per Annexure 1. The overall shareholding pattern remains unchanged: Promoter holding stays at 19,76,900 shares (68.60%) and Public holding at 9,04,700 shares (31.40%) both pre and post reclassification. The change is essentially a housekeeping exercise to formally remove names with no stake from the promoter list.
No material impact on shareholding pattern or stock price since none of the reclassified entities held any shares. It is a formal cleanup of the promoter group roster, leaving the dominant 68.60% promoter holding completely intact.
